Terms and Conditions of OPPO NZ Promotion
- OPPO Find X9 Pro Promotion on Spark

1. The LG TV or Bose Quiet Comfort SC Gift with Purchase (GWP) promotion runs from 25 November 2025 to 1 December 2025.
2. By purchasing an OPPO Find X9 Pro through a Participating Retailer you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Participating Retailers include Spark.
4. Eligibility for Gifts:
- Customers who purchase an OPPO Find X9 Pro on a Spark $65 plan or above are eligible to receive a 50-inch LG TV as the Gift with Purchase (GWP).
- Customers who purchase the phone outright, or on a Spark $50 plan or below, are eligible to receive Bose Headphones as the GWP
5. The promotion is available while stocks last. OPPO New Zealand reserves the right to substitute the GWP with a product of equal or higher value if the TV or headphones are unavailable.
6. An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim for the Gift, and OPPO may in its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the Gift.
7. OPPO will use reasonable endeavors to dispatch the Gift(s) within 30 days from the date notification is received.
8. OPPO New Zealand is not liable for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics.
9. The postal address must be valid and cannot be a PO Box. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. OPPO New Zealand will not be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
10. If returning the phone under Spark's 7-day change-of-mind policy, the TV must also be returned in its original, sealed condition. Return shipping costs for the TV (NZD $120 or more, based on location) are the customer's responsibility.
11. If the TV or headphones are returned unsealed, damaged, or missing, the value of the item (TV: NZD $999; Headphones: $549 or its retail price) will be deducted from the refund amount.
12. All returns must comply with OPPO New Zealand's standard return policy.
13. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Declaration:
1. All offers are provided by OPPO New Zealand Ltd of Level 10, 87 Albert Street, Auckland 1010 (OPPO).
2. You can contact OPPO at service@oppomobile.nz between the hours of 9AM and 5PM NZT Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
3. By purchasing any model of OPPO through the specified cooperative you accept and agree to all terms and conditions of the promotion.
4. OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of, this promotional offer.
5. OPPO reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason.
- Redeem and Personal:
1. By purchasing an Eligible Product, you may submit a claim for the free gift. You may submit a claim for the free gift by visiting the website at Home Page, completing all requested information in the online redemption form, including providing your personal details (such as name, number and address), and submitting the completed redemption form together with the proof of purchase (scan or copy of receipt) and a screenshot of the 'about phone' page from their newly purchased Eligible Product which clearly shows the IMEI of the Eligible Product.
2. You should allow up to twenty (20) working days for the delivery of the gift from the date you receive notification from OPPO that it has received your valid redemption form and proof of purchase and your claim has been accepted.
3. OPPO will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.oppo.com/nz/privacy/.
4. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that OPPO may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotional offer and supplying the gift.
- Available Purchaser:
1. This promotion is only available to New Zealand resident is aged 18 years and over at the time of sale of the Eligible Product, excluding business customers and employees of OPPO, employees of Participating Retailers and/or Agencies and their immediate family members.
2. This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person, and it also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
3. An individual may submit a maximum of one prize, and OPPO may at its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the prize.
- Stock:
1. Stock for the free gift is limited and will be provided to the individuals that submit a valid and eligible claim while stocks last and in accordance with all terms.
2. Without limiting all terms, OPPO may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time if all gifts have been claimed.
- e-Gift Card:

An e-gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. An e-gift card can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. Unredeemed values will remain on the e-gift card. There is no expiration date on the unused balance of an e-gift card. An e-gift card should be treated like cash.
- Discount Codes

1. Discount codes are valid up to the expiry date provided when the discount code promotion is advertised. This means that you must place your order online and enter your discount code before the expiry date, however, collection or delivery may be after the expiry date. A cap on the number of customers able to use the discount code may apply.
2. Only one discount code per customer is permitted to be used per transaction. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash. Discount is inclusive of GST.
3. Discount codes can only be redeemed once. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other form of discount or promotion.
4. OPPO New Zealand reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
